This program was a collaboration between the non-profit organization BR Walls and the city of Baton Rouge’s “Summer Youth Employment Program”.  It was created to help introduce at-risk youth to jobs that help improve the community and involve art.  Participants got paid for their involvement in this project. The location of this mural was at the Family Youth Service Center.   More about this project and collaboration can be found on the BR Walls website.
